Partner Account Manager, Agencies

Role As the Partner Account Manager, Agencies, you will oversee and transform the Agency Partnership Program, develop and maintain key partner relationships, and help drive client experience and success. Specifically, you will: Manage our agency partner program, designed to support and drive value from the digital agencies that build content for clients that use IQVIA technology products Directly manage, or coordinate with cross-functional IQVIA teams, to provide agencies with onboarding, training & support Expand the footprint of our agency partners and increase their propensity to recommend IQVIA products to their clients Drive revenue growth from the agency program Act as the main point of contact for Agency Partners Develop and secure key partner relationships through onsite meetings, goal setting, planning, and partnership development activities Target and establish relationships with key stakeholders in agencies who work with top enterprise accounts Work with existing agency partners to identify and expand business opportunity with their client base Identify opportunities and deliver content for agency presentations, trainings, and webinars Secure, manage, and increase output of agency relationships through negotiations, contracts, and billing Manage and transform the current Agency Partnership Program, inclusive of establishing performance measurement of the program Experience 5-7 years of outside sales, agency, or related experience Program management skills Experience working in a multi-cultural, global organization Strong relationship-building skills, technically minded and goal-driven Self-starter with strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile relationships in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry and/or SaaS Technology a plus BS/BA Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience Job ID: R1034729

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
