Clinical Operations Process Analyst

Role Overview
The Clinical Operations Process Analyst, reporting to the Director of Clinical Process and Outcomes, is responsible for supporting clinical operations initiatives and day-to-day operations touching all facets of Clinical Operations. This role will be critical in influencing decision-making across Accolade to ensure we have the right tools, resources, measures and processes in place to maximize the potential of our clinical talent.
A Day in the Life
Identify, research, re-engineer, and implement clinical operational reporting, driving end-to-end clinical business processes improvement of day-to-day operations tracking results; measure return on investment.
Diagnose process data improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.
Support clinical leadership by providing insight on current clinical data trends to offer recommendations for improvement in current clinical operations processes.
Work with various departments across the organization to facilitate the resolution of clinical operational issues, as well improve and streamline our cross-functional processes that touch Clinical Operations.
Design and deploy Clinical Operations dashboards.
Support the improvement of clinician performance metrics.
Be the liaison to our Business Intelligence team to build strong reporting capabilities; identify and address clinical operations reporting needs.
Support the deployment of new products to Clinical Operations.
Successfully implement multiple process transformations and integrate technology with measureable results.
Building Strong relationships across Service Ops, Clinical Ops, Product and Customer Partnerships Leadership.
What we are looking for?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or Master's degree a plus.
2-5+ years of experience working in Health Care, Insurance, Financial Services or other related businesses.
Experience with SQL language/coding, MS SQL Server, Amazon RedShift and a wiz using MS Excel.
Experience using and/or coding Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. QlikView, QlikSense, etc.).
Knowledge of statistical tools (i.e. SPSS, JMP, R, etc.)
This isn't your first time at the rodeo! You have strong analytical skills with the ability to drill into data and drive clinical operations insights.
You're a solution agent with strong planning, problem solving, collaboration and trouble shooting skills.
You're a master at multi-tasking and able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
