Primary Function:
The Business Intelligence team is looking for a professional with the ability to scale up our Portfolio Retention campaign process. The right candidate will have experience building campaign management and retention automation campaigns in SAS/SQL/Python or a similar language. You will be responsible for creating and analyzing direct marketing campaign files for our retention efforts and for automating and continuously improving our database marketing process. You will have frequent, direct interaction with our Sr. Exec team, Marketing, Servicing, and our Sales Partners.
Build and execute recurring retention campaigns.
Analyze each campaign and find new opportunities.
Develop efficient list segmentation and generation methodologies to support customer contact strategies
Lead the development and efficient growth of our customer and prospect database
Partner with marketing and call center executives on developing list pulls, building automated reports and analyzing campaign performance.
Manage optimization of selection strategy in order to increase value proposition to the customer and profitability to the company.
Manage data integration requirements, external APIs and batch processed 3rd party data service providers to create increasingly accurate view of the customer/prospect.
Assist staff and vendor partners in the development of customer segmentation and value schemes, predictive modeling, and customer level reporting to influence marketing and business decisions
Manage tracking of solicitation history and marketing preferences to ensure campaign effectiveness and marketing compliance
Hands on experience with SAS or similar tool and related data bases.
Experience leveraging financial services industry data and other external data to enhance success of marketing programs.
Proven ability to deliver campaigns under aggressive deadlines.
Excellent data organization skills. Campaigns need to be clean, tracked relentlessly, and analyzed continuously.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a field like computer science, analytics, statistics, data base marketing, or similar field, or 5+ years in a role described above.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
