Director, Client Relations

Job Description

As the Director, Client Relations, you will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships with strategic employer sponsored contracts along the East Coast. You will help to enhance and build upon existing relationships further resulting in client retention, add on business, and increase in revenue.
What you will be doing:
Manage strategic accounts and strategic partnerships to ensure oversight and coordination of all services provided by Bright Horizons.
Ensure optimum development of strategic employer-sponsored contracts.
Proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with employer sponsors to maximize client retention and loyalty and to ensure compelling client testimonials and endorsements.
Renew and negotiate client contracts to optimize company's financial return and contract terms.
Ensure clients experience the maximum return on their child care investment and view Bright Horizons as their strategic partner for all child care work/life-related issues.
Support operations in the development of new or changes in programs for clients, including budget development, developing presentations, contract negotiations, and general support.
Work collaboratively with members of Client Services and Client Relations to ensure collaboration and communication to anticipate and support client needs.
Job Requirements
What we hope you will bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Must have related business experience that includes managing a budget.
Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, decision making skills, and basic management skills.
Experience interacting with leaders at the Executive level.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
