Primary Function
This role is an excting opportunity to grow a career in Talent Acquisition! ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
Sales Recruiting activites inclduing calling and email prospective candidates
Manage and coordinate job postings, including creating new postings, in a fun and exciting way to attract top talent
Generate and track recruiting activity and performance reports to help us determine what's working and what we need to improve
Reconcile invoices, maintain budget and provide financial reporting to ensure we're using our resources wisely
Assist recruiters in generating recruitment marketing material to help us build a great employer brand
Own the candidate experience, making sure that we provide the highest level of customer service to everyone we interact with everyday
Aministor candidate assessments to help predict future success and ensure the best candidate fit
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience is required
Previous experience on a high volume recruiting team a plus
Previous Applicant Tracking System experience a plus
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Must have excellent communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Must have outstanding customer service skills
Must possess the ability to interact regularly with people
Great organizational skills
Required Experience Hourly

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
