Our client, a technology firm in Plymouth Meeting is seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for guiding and managing Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferable in a generalist capacity.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Recruiting and staffing
Employee orientation, development, and training
Compensation and benefits administration
Bi-weekly payroll administration
Performance management
Policy development and documentation
Compliance with regulatory concerns
Employee relations
Strategic planning and budgeting for the Human Resources department
Monthly reconciliation of benefit invoices
Other duties as needed or required


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree; PHR preferred
7-10 years' experience in Human Resources preferably in a generalist capacity
Experience supporting an IT organization a plus
Proficiency with ADP
Prior experience with payroll and benefit administration
Behavioral-based interviewing experience a plus
Strong technical aptitude; advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to maintain confidentialityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
