Talent Acquisition Operations Associate

Our client, a global company in Plymouth Meeting, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate for a long term contract. The Talent Acquisition Operations Associate will be responsible for facilitating the background screening process including tracking pending background checks, documenting and resolving discrepancies, updating requests with additional information, and supporting process improvments. This position will also assist with scheduling interviews, greeting candidates, preparing offer letters, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' experience in a human resources/talent acquisition support role.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Track the background screens in process
Assist with resolving issues to ensure the screens are completed in a timely manner
Document and resolve any discrepancies
Update background screen requests with additional screening elements
Work with clients as required to ensure all required documentation is submitted
Support required re-certifications by clients
Process related invoices ensuring fees are coded to the appropriate cost center
Support process improvements related to background screen process
Develop educational material to address knowledge gaps
Educate recruiters and support reps as needed on the background screen process and other Talent Acquisition process steps
Maintain the US and Canada training guide for onboarding of new recruiters and provide assistance in the onboarding process as needed
Support interviewing scheduling, greeting candidates, and offer letter processing as needed as a backup resource
Analyze data and report on area of improvement
Provide vendor management support as it relates to purchase orders and invoices


Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a HR/Talent Acquisition support role
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Experience with background screens required
Working knowledge of one or more Applicant Tracking System(s)
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong service and time management skills required
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Visio and SharePoint experience preferred
Experience with developing and analyzing reports and metrics preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
