This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio properties from a collections and customer service perspective.
If you are a business to business collector, an assistant property manager, a leasing professional, or a real estate professional looking to have interaction with tenants, this is the opportunity for you! This is truly for the problem solver.
Responsibilities;o Work with Accounts Receivable, billing, and collection on established leasing agreementso Collecting rent from tenants through constant follow up via phoneo Duties will include developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, problem solving, etc.
o Resolve discrepancies, reconcile accounts, data entryo Sending out default notices, following on delinquencies, setting up payment plans, etc.
o Work cross functionally with leasing, property accounting, legal, etc.
Qualified candidates MUST HAVE at least 2 years of business to business collections or real estate experience.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
