Carrier Commericial Service has an opening for an experienced Project Manager for our office in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Scope and responsibilities of selected candidate:
- Development of contractor scopes, bidding, contractor selection, construction administration and safety, cost & quality control.
- Development of plans and schedules for jobs which may include repair service, modernization, service agreements, controls, portable systems and turn key projects.
- This position requires travel to jobsites for training and monitoring of adherence to the process.
- Managing project technicians and subcontractors.
- Ensure successful, timely and profitable implementation of plan and spec business through the engineering and management of control projects and/or owner negotiated modernization projects.
The selected candidate must be a fully-developed professional able to work without direct guidance and has proven skills in managing a project P&L. Excellent communication skills and project tracking skills are essential.
Business Unit: UTC Climate, Controls & SecurityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
