seeks experienced legal secretary/administrative assistant to join its busy office team.
( We are not a Law office, but operate similar to a Law office.
) Here are the following qualifications candidates must have:
at least 10 years of secretarial work must have experience as a legal secretary ability to work in fast paced environment answer phones, maintain and organize filing systems proficient in computer software and understand PC applications as well as case management systems (ProLaw - Elite -Thomson Reuters a plus!) transcribe and type with a Dictaphone, prepare contracts and reports(type 60-70 WPM) multitask and meet deadlines have strong organizational and customer service skills communicate clearly and efficiently Must have experience in Legal Case Management Software such as Pro Law or other legal software.
Be part of a team to process claims and handle assignments as needed This is a salary position.
Hours are generally 8:

Must be able to work extra hours if necessary to meet deadlines.
