Responsibilities:
Gemma Services is seeking a full time, experienced non-profit fundraising professional to join our collaborative team to help grow a sustainable individual giving program.
Reporting to the Chief Development and Communications Officer, the Director of Individual Giving will work closely with colleagues to execute and achieve a robust and ambitious annual giving growth plan.
The Director will manage a caseload of donors to increase their charitable support.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication, and project management skills.
They will possess a strong commitment to donor-centered fundraising, at least seven (7) years' experience in roles with direct responsibility for donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, and a track record of fundraising success.
CFRE preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
