You will be responsible for ensuring that all plateware, silverware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment is safely maintained, cleaned and sanitized.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the dish room and the surrounding areas.
Trash and cardboard will need to be taken to the back dock area throughout the shift and at end of shift.
