Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals - Schedule appointments and maintain a full schedule - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage office supplies and inventory - Verify Insurance benefits and create treatment estimates using Eaglesoft software Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office and Eaglesoft Software preferred - Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
