Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing - Caring Heart Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Philadelphia, PA is currently hiring for full time and part time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Team!This position requires a LPN License in the State of PA.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
The LPN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
The LPN reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
The Licensed Practical Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
