Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager will, in partnership with department leaders, analyze the company's organizational processes, work quality and productivity, build operational policies and strategies, and introduce new technologies to enhance overall company performance.
This is a newly created role resulting from our company's remarkable growth.
Candidates local to our Plymouth Meeting, PA corporate office are preferred - open to remote with periodic office visits.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, ideally in operations management, business or related field, MBA in organizational management a Plus.

years of successful experience in operations, staffing experience a plus.
Highly technical to help review new technologies and improvements of our current systems.
Highly analytical to solve problems.
Experience with live team training.
Deep experience in the development, training and compliance of company policies.
Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with leadership and employees.
Solid knowledge of industry standards and practices Organizational skill and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
Ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to increase efficiency.
Serve as mentor to newly hired team members.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Process Management:
Optimize and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
This includes analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements.
Performance Monitoring:
Assist leadership in establishing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance.
Regularly review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure TSI's services meet the required standards and customer expectations.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
Implement and maintain appropriate safety protocols and procedures.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration across different departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information and coordination between teams.
Continuous Improvement:
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovation, seeking feedback from stakeholders, and implementing best practices and new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
